Entertainment and Hospitality Experience Consultants

Designing memorable guest experiences through entertainment, acoustics, ambiance, and operational strategy.

I help restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues create environments where guests stay longer, spend more, and remember the experience.

A Different Kind of Consultant

Acoustics is only one component. I optimize the complete guest experience.

Most consultants specialize in a single discipline. I evaluate how every element of your venue works together — so your space sounds better, feels better, and performs better.

Services

Six ways I improve how your venue performs

Each engagement is grounded in real operations — walked during service, seen from both the guest's seat and the performer's stage.

01

Entertainment Experience Assessment

I walk your venue during live service and evaluate the entertainment as your guests experience it.

  • Performer location & visibility
  • Audience engagement & sightlines
  • Music volume & conversation comfort
  • Overall atmosphere

Deliverable: 20–40 page assessment report

02

Acoustic Experience Assessment

Not an engineering study — a practical evaluation of how your room actually sounds to guests.

  • Reflection & reverberation problems
  • Speaker & monitor placement
  • Furniture & material influence

Plus: a clear recommendation on when to bring in an acoustical engineer

03

Live Music Optimization

Most venues host live music without a strategy. I bring one.

  • Performer placement & speaker coverage
  • Music scheduling & repertoire
  • Performer–guest interaction

Result: live music that fills seats instead of emptying them

04

Entertainment Programming

A calendar guests plan their week around.

  • Thursday Jazz · Friday Piano Bar
  • Saturday Latin Night · Sunday Brunch Piano
  • Holiday & seasonal programming

Result: recurring nights that build regulars and reservations

05

Venue Atmosphere Design

Every detail guests feel but can't name — evaluated and refined.

  • Lighting, furniture, decor & plants
  • Guest circulation, noise & waiting areas
  • Bar interaction & Instagram-worthy areas

Result: an atmosphere guests photograph, share, and return to

06

Revenue Optimization

The guest experience should pay for itself. I show you where.

  • Premium seating & VIP reservations
  • Wine pairings with live music
  • Sponsored concerts & private events
  • Corporate events & wedding showcases

Result: new revenue from the space you already have

About Davil

The advisor who sees your venue from both sides of the stage

My work combines live entertainment strategy, venue acoustics, audiovisual systems, lighting, guest flow, and atmosphere into one comprehensive assessment. Rather than focusing on a single discipline, I evaluate how all of these elements work together to improve the guest experience and support the business.

When technical engineering is required, I coordinate the right specialists — architects, interior designers, AV integrators, and acoustical consultants — so you get expert execution without having to manage it yourself.

That positioning is difficult to replicate, because it's grounded in operational experience rather than a single technical discipline.
