Beyonce Lip-Sync?

I know it is a little bit to late to comment about this, but this morning I watched the news, just came back from Monterrey. This is what I hear> *Beyonce is singing above a recorded musical track with her voice on the background, but for me that is not lip-sync since she is singing all of the notes, which by the way, beautiful arrangement. *Most for sure, the band was playing on top of the recorded track as well, and that is because it was an outside location, maybe the logistics of the event did not permitted the use of PA and audio equipment for the band and the TV network would not risk bad quality sound on such important event. So, for me Beyonce is a professional, talented and beautiful singer and artist. Check out the performance if you haven't seen it.
